A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING A
SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR
BINS AND DROP-OFF BOXES
WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
established a policy to adopt all fees and charges to be
collected within the City of Anaheim by resolution; and
· WHEREAS, the city Council has heretofore adopted
Ordinance No.~572 adding a new Chapter 10.11 to Title 10 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code relating to bins and drop-off boxes,
which authorizes certain fees and charges to be established by
resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish a
schedule of fees and charges in connection with Chapter 10.11 of
Title 10 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the fees and charges set forth herein do not
exceed the actual cost to the City of providing the services to
which the fees and charges relate; and
WHEREAS, the City Coungil further finds and determines
that this establishment of fees is exempt from the provisions of
the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section
21080(b) (8) of the California Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has complied with the
app%igable notice and hearing requirements pertaining to fee
revisions as set forth in the Government Code of the State of
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the following fees and charges for bins
and drop-off boxes be, and the same are hereby, adopted:
Impoundment of Bin or Drop-Off Box $315.00
Storage of Bin or Drop-Off Box (per day) $ 15.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this
resolution shall be deemed effective as of the effective date of
Ordinance No.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted this
