96-133 RESOLUTION NO. 96R- 133
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM WAIVING NOTICE
OF RENTAL BY THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the County of Orange proposes to enter into a
Donated Space Agreement (month-to-month, rent-free) with the
Anaheim City School District for the use of five (5) unfurnished
offices and a reception area within Paul Revere Elementary
School, located at 131 Midway Drive in the city of Anaheim, for
the purpose of providing mental health care services; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 25351 requires the
County to notify the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, in
writing, at least sixty days' prior to entering into such Donated
Space Agreement, unless such notice is waived by resolution of
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the County has requested that the city Council
waive such sixty-day notice requirement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the sixty-day notice required by
Government Code Section 25351 is hereby waived with respect to
the aforementioned'Donated Space Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day of j~]y ,
