A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
ASSIGNED TO THE GENERAL UNIT REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended, in a staff report dated
June 11, 1996, that a new job classification be established in the General Unit represented by
the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, effective June 28, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation of this
new classification and assignment to the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that,
effective June 28, 1996 through October 3, 1996, the basic compensation plan for all officers
and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed
in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master:

Traffic Signal Technician III 2498 A-E 1.275 x Senior Engineering Aide
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is June 28, 1996.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this ].lth day of June, 1996.
