96-107 RESOLUTION NO. 96R-107
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 94R-51 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS CONFIDENTIAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended, in a staff report dated
June 11, 1996, that Resolution No. 94R-51 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth
effective June 28, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution
No. 94R-51 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 94R-51, which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Confidential; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Section 2 of Resolution No. 94R-51 be amended by adding the following classification:
Classification Schedule Step
Council Administrative Assistant X 2049 A-E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be June 28,
1996.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No.
94R-51 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council this
