TO: Frank Hardcastle, Real Property FROM: Ann Sauvageau, City Clerk's Office DATE; January 7, 1997 SUBJECT: Abandonment 95-7A - Resolution 96R-85 - Legal Description Frank, I just received a call from Richard Schulz of the Assessor's Office who noted an error in the Legal Description, Exhibit A to Resolution 96R-85 of June 4, 1996 regarding the subject abandonment. On the last line of Paragraph 1, it should say... "north line of Westmont...' and not Fairhaven. I assume you can just make the change in the Legal Description and we can send it to the County for m-recording. We can attach a corrected Legal Description to the Resolution and re-process it.
