AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO
IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING
(RECLASSIFICATION NO.96-97-08).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, following a duly noticed public hearing held
on June 23, 1997, pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.03.085
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did adopt
its Resolution No. PC97-80 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should
be made, unconditionally.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THAT PORTION OF N.W. QUARTER OF THE S.W.
QUARTER OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH,
RANGE 10 WEST IN THE RANCHO SAN JUAN CAJON DE
SANTA ANA, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA AS SAID SECTION IS SHOWN ON A MAP
FILED IN BOOK 51 PAGE 10 OF MISCELLANEOUS
MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF
SAID COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE WEST
LINE OF SAID N.W. QUARTER WITH THE CENTERLINE
OF LINCOLN AVENUE AS DESCRIBED IN DEED
RECORDED IN BOOK 275 PAGE 85 OF DEEDS,
RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY; THENCE SOUTH 0
DEGREES 11' 45" WEST, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF
SAID N.W. QUARTER, SAID WEST LINE A1SO BEING
THE CENTERLINE OF STATE COLLEGE BOULEVARD,
272.50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 48' 15"
EAST 150.00 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF

FEET, MORE OR LESS TO A POINT DISTANT THERE

into the CL (Commercial, Limited) Zone.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning
Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 21st day of October
1997.
