96-043 RESOLUTION NO. 96R-43
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 92R-18 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
March 26, 1996, that Resolution No. 92R-18 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth,
effective April 5, 1996; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 92R-18 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Professional; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-18 be amended by adding the following
classifications:
Classification Salary Range
Electric Construction and Maintenance Scheduler X CR12
Electric Systems Quality Assurance Specialist X CR14
Senior Electric Construction and Maintenance Scheduler X CR14
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution
No. 92R-18 is April 5, 1996.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
92R-18 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 26t.~_day of March, 1996.
