96-026 RESOLUTION NO. 96R- 26
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 92R-19, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION
FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated February 13,
1996, that Resolution No. 92R-19 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 92R-19 which established
rates of compensation for classifications designated as Executive Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned amendment is in
the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective February 13, 1996, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-19 be amended by adding the
following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Community Services Director X CR23
Special Projects Director X CR23
2. That, effective February 13, 1996, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-19 be amended by deleting the
following classifications:
Classification Salary Range
Library Director X CR23
Parks, Recreation, & Community Services Director X CR23
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 92R-19 shall
remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
this 27ct'~day of February, 1996.
