96-020 RESOLUTION NO. 96R-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OR INTERESTS
THEREIN (Access Easement- R/W
5148).
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim possesses an interest in
certain property located generally at the northeast corner of La
Jolla St. and Hundley st.; and
WHEREAS, said interest was created when the owner of
the property recorded an ingress and egress easement across said
property to satisfy a condition imposed by the City of Anaheim as
a condition of approval of a parcel map; and
WHEREAS, whereas the requirement for ingress and egress
across said property is no longer necessary or desirable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute, on behalf of the City of Anaheim, that
certain quitclaim deed to the City's interest in the property
arising from Instrument No. 83-309545 recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the city of Anaheim this 13th day of Februarw
1996.
