A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A
DEED FROM ANAHEIM STADIUM ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, Anaheim Stadium Associates has executed and
delivered to the City of Anaheim that certain deed (hereinafter
DEED), a copy of which DEED is attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby find and determine it is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim to accept DEED.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that DEED be, and the same is hereby,
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause the original DEED to be
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of
Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the city of Anaheim this 19th day of December,
1995.
