95-201 RESOLUTION NO. 95R-2 01 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING A NEW SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE UNIFORM CODES PERTAINING TO BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION AND FOR CHAPTER 15.32 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE - HOUSE MOVING WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted a fee schedule for permits, inspections and related activities relating to the Uniform Codes pertaining to the regulation of building and construction activities; and WHEREAS, the City Council does desire to adopt new fee schedules for the Uniform Codes; and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish a Relocation Permit fee under Chapter 15.32 (House Moving); and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said fee increases at a public meeting notice of which has heretofore been given in the manner required by Section 54992 of the Government Code and at which meeting oral and written presentations were invited and considered concerning said fee and service charge increases; and WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that the hereinafter specified fees and services charges do not exceed the estimated amount required to provide the service for which the fee or service charge is levied. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the following fee schedules for the following codes be, and the same are hereby, adopted: 1. Anaheim Building Code Exhibit A attached. 2. Anaheim Electrical Code Exhibit B attached. 3. Anaheim Mechanical Code Exhibit C attached. 4. Anaheim Plumbing Code Exhibit D attached. 5.
