An Ordinance declaring the necessity for the extension and
inprovement of the City !dater Works, and for the extension of the
City Electric Light Plant.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as
follows:
Section I,---- It is hereby determined that the public in-
terest and necessity demands the extension and _ of the
City Water 'corks and the extension/,of tile City Electric Light
Plant.
Section 2, ----That the cost of said improvements and each of
thea will be too great to be paid out of the ordinary annual in-
come and revenue of this municipality.
Section 3, -----The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this Ordinance, and shall cause it to be piiblished for two success-
