An Ordinance amending section three of Ordinance number 8I,
entitled "An Ordinance to prohibit any person or persons from
riding bicycles or tricycles on the sidewalks within the corporate
LiiAits of the City of Anaheim and to prohibit playing ball in the
streets of said City".
The Hoard of Trustees of tine City of Anaheiri do ordain as
follows:
Section I ----Section three of an Ordinance iawnber 8I, entitled
"An Ordinance to prohibit any person or persons from riding bi-
cycles or tricycles on the sidewalks Within the corporate Limits
of the City of Anar.eim, ar_d to prohibit playing ball in the streets
of said City", is hereby aa�ended so as to read as follows:
Section 3 ----,Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction by any court having jurisdiction thereof, shall be fined
therefor in a sum of not less than five dollars for the first con-
viction, and not less than ten dollars or more than one hundred
dollars for each subsequent conviction, or shall be imprisioned
for a term not exceeding three months or both such fine and im-
prisonrient;
Section,2 ---- The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the
Anaheim Gazette, a weekly newspaper printed, published and cir-
culated in the City of Anaheim,and thereupol and thereafter the
same shall take effect and be Ln. fall force;
