95-166 RESOLUTION NO. 95R- ~66
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 94R-151 WHICH ESTABLISHED
MANAGEMENT PAY POLICIES
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
September 22, 1995, that Resolution No. 94R-151 be amended in the manner hereinafter set
forth, effective September 22, 1995; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 94R-151 which
established Management Pay Policies; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Section 3.01 of the Management Pay Policies, set forth in Resolution No. 94R-151 be amended
to read as follows:
"3.01 All classifications within the Executive Management Group, City Council
Members, and the Administrative Management classifications of Convention Center
Manager, Traffic and Transportation Manager, Public Utilities Assistant General
Manager - Electric Services, Public Utilities Assistant General Manager - Finance and
Administration, Public Utilities Assistant General Manager - Water Services and Risk
Manager are eligible to receive either a City-owned vehicle or an automobile allowance
of $219.23 per biweekly pay period."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution
No. 94R-151 is September 22, 1995.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No.
94R-151 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this ~.9th day of September, 1995.
