95-165 RESOLUTION NO. 95R - 165
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CHANGING THE NAME OF CLAUDINA
PLACE TO TECHNOLOGY CIRCLE
WHEREAS, Section 34091.1 of the Government Code
authorizes the legislative body of a City to adopt or change the
name of a City street; and
WHEREAS, Section 15.08.100 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code permits the City Council to change the name of a street if
the changed name conforms with the provisions of Chapter 15.08 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code and the Address and Street Name Master
Plan of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to reduce
possible confusion of the public by changing the name of Claudina
Place to Technology Circle; and
WHEREAS, the changing of the name of Claudina Place to
Technology Circle is hereby determined to conform to Chapter
15.08 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and to the Address and Street
Name Master Plan of the City of Anaheim.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the name of
Claudina Place, located approximately four hundred feet easterly
of Anaheim Boulevard and extending approximately four hundred
feet northerly from Ball Road, is hereby ordered changed to
Technology Circle.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, ordered to forward a copy of this resolution to the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange as required by
Government Code Section 34092.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19~th day of September ,
1995.
