Pc RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF J\NAl!EIE j\MENDING RESOLUTIONS NOS. 3888 AND
3681 RELATING TO CHANGES OF ZONES IN CERTAIN
AREAS OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Counc il of the-Ci ty of Anaheim
did heretofore adopt Resolutions Nos. 3888 and 3681 in
reclassification proceedings Nos. F-56-57-70 and F-56-57-37,
respectively, finding and determining that the properties
described in said resolutions should be changed to different
zones, as more particularly set forth in said resolutions;
and
WHEREAS, upon further investigation and inspection
of the aTaas included in said reclassifications the City
Council does find that a minimum setback of 88 feet, from
the center line of the street, should be established along
Ball Road, and that said Resolutions Nos. 3888 and 3681
should be amended by adding thereto a minimum building set-
back requirement of ,38 feet along Ball Road from the center
line of the street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
opdinances have never been adopted directing changes of
zones and completing the proceedings above med ioned;
NO!!, THERE';'ORS, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolutions Nos. 3888 and 3681,
in reclassification proceedings Nos. F-56-57-70 and F-56-57-37,
respectively, be amended by adding an additional requirement
or condition to each of said resolutions, reading as follows:

B'::: IT ?URTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
Resolutions Nos. 38S8 and 3681 be, and remain in full force
and effect.
AND BE IT::1JRTHER RESOLVED that the Ci ty Attorney
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and
submit to the City Council amendments to Article IX, Chapter
2 of the Anaheim r:lunic ipa1 Code to amend said Anaheim Muni-
cipal Code to accomplish the object herein found and determined
to be necessary and proper.
THE 70R~C~lNG RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 20th day of May, 1958.
