A RSSOLUT ION OF' THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEH/l AMENDING R:::SOLUTION NO. 3164
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. LL92.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 28th day of
february, 1956, the City Council did adopt Resolution No.
3164 granting Variance No. 492; and
WHEREAS, Condition No.3 in said resolution is as
roll ows :
"3. That the buildings be constructed accord-
ing to plans submitted, entitled 'The
Bungalowcraft Co. Dwellings No.2' --
Plans Nos. D-138 and D-146."
AN[JHEREAS, a request has been made for clarifi-
cation by the City Council of Condition No.3, and revised
plans of the buildings proposed to be copstructed on the
property described in Resolution No. 3164 hav~ been submitted
to the City Council for review and substitution for the
plans mentioned in Condition No.3; and
WHEREAS~-the City Council finds that said revised
plans should be accepted and that Condition No.3 of Resolu-
tion No. 3l6}~ should be amended to allow acceptance of the
revised plans submitted and elimination of the plans desig-
nated in Condition No.3;
NO.'!, THEREFORE, B2 IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of th2 City of Anaheim that Condition No.3 of Resolution No.
3l6~_, grantinG Variance No. 1:92, be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read as follows:
"3. That all buildings be constructed in accord-
ance with revised plans submitted to the
City Council, and that said revised plans be,
and they are hereby, made a part of Variance
No. 492, and shall apply to all lots.
THS FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
