RESOLUTION NO. 4535
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PUR?OSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City or Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinarter described real property ror
public purposes, to wit: An easement ror public utility purposes
; and
WHEREAS, the owner 3 of said property ha ve ofrered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim finds
that it is for the benerit and best interest or the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer or AHTHUR N. YATES and ROSA E. YATES,

to sell to the City or Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City or Anaheim, County or Orange, State of Cali-

said real property, out o~ General Funds o~ the City of Anaheim,
the sum o~ One Dollar ($1.00).
