RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR RG~ Al;:::; PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City o~ Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property ~or
public purposes, to wit: An easement for Road and public utility
ournOB8S ; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s o~fered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council o~ the City of Anaheim finds
that it is ~or the bene~it and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said of~er and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of BROAD, rAY HALE STORES, INC., a
Delaware corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the ~ollowing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County o~ Orange, State of Cali-

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of' the City
of' Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of' Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
