95-096 RESOLUTION NO. 95R- 96
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
PERSONNEL RULE 15, HOLIDAYS, AND PERSONNEL RULE 16, VACATION
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended, in a staff report dated June 20,
1995, that Personnel Rule 15, Holidays, and Personnel Rule 16, Vacation, be amended in the manner
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Personnel Rule
15, Holidays, and Personnel Rule 16, Vacation, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That Section 15.53 of Personnel Rule 15, Holidays, be amended to read as follows:

Assistant Box Office Treasurer-Convention Center
Assistant Scoreboard Director
Box Office Treasurer-Convention Center
Club House Attendant-Stadium

Head Parking Lot Cashier-Convention Center

2. That Section 16.1 of Personnel Rule 16, Vacatiom be amended to read as follows:
These classifications are:
Employees working in part-time classifications listed below who work eight hundred
(800) or more hours in any calendar year shall be paid three percent (3%) of their gross
earnings as vacation benefits. The calendar year shall be defined as the period for which
wages earned are reported for tax purposes.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments to Personnel Rule 15,
Holidays, and Personnel Rule 16, Vacation, is June 30, 1995.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Personnel Rule 15,
Holidays~ and Personnel Rule 16, Vacation, shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim this 20thday of June, 1995.
