95-090 RESOLUTION NO. 95R- 90
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE HOSPITAL AND SERVICE EMPLOYEES UN1ON,
LOCAL 399, AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director met and conferred with officials and employee
representatives of the Hospital and Service Employees Union, Local 399, to extend the current
Memorandum of Understanding; and
WHEREAS, a Letter of Understanding dated May 25, 1995, between the parties has been
prepared and signed, extending the current Memorandum Of Understanding, said amendment to be
effective upon execution of said Letter of Understanding; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that it is in the best interests
of the City of Anaheim to approve said Letter of Understanding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that '
the Letter of Understanding dated May 25, 1995, between the Hospital and Service Employees
Union, Local 399, and the City of Anaheim, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference herein, is approved, and said Memorandum of Understanding is hereby amended in
accordance with the terms of said Letter of Understanding.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 13 day of June, 1995.

AFTER meeting and conferring the Hospital and Service Employees' Union, Local 399, and
the City of Anaheim, agree that the Memorandum of Understanding between the Hospital and
Service Employees Union, Local 399 and the City of Anaheim for the period February 7, 1992
through February 2, 1995, signed by the parties on March 9, 1992 shall remain in full force and
effect through Febmary 1, 1996.
