95-088 RESOLUTION NO. 95R - 88
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENTS TO THE LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREE-
MENT FOR FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
periodically approves amendments to agreement with the State of
California, Department of Transportation, in the form of Program
Supplements to Local Agency-State Agreements for Federal-Aid
Projects; and,
WHEREAS, Section 518 of the Charter of the City of
Anaheim permits the City Council to designate an officer to sign
contracts on behalf of the City of Anaheim upon approval of the
contract by the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, numerous contracts or amendments to contracts
in the form of Program Supplements between the City o~ Anaheim
and State of California, Department of Highways, are approved
periodically by the City Council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of the
Department of Public Works be, and is hereby, authorized and
directed to execute such Program Supplements on behalf of the
City of Anaheim upon approval of the Program Supplements by the
City Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this13thday of June ,
1995.
