95-069 RESOLUTION NO. 95R-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING THE
"NORTH CITY AREA 1 SEWER DEFICIENCY
STUDY" PERTAINING TO AN AREA
GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF THE
RIVERSIDE FREEWAY, EAST OF LEMON
STREET, AND SOUTH OF ORANGETHORPE
AVENUE.
WHEREAS, existing sewer lines for portions of the City
have been in existence for'fifty years and more; and
WHEREAS, the existing sewer infrastructure for portions
of the City is antiquated and may be inadequate to handle
existing and future capacities expected to be generated by the
land uses permitted on the City's General Plan; and
WHEREAS, changes in land use and revised sewer design
parameters make it desirable to develop long- and short-range
plans for the City's sewer system; and
WHEREAS, as a portion of the review and updating of the
City's sewer system studies have been undertaken and prepared and
presented to the City Council for the area bounded generally by
the Riverside Freeway, Lemon Street and Orangethorpe Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to adopt the
"North City Area 1 Sewer Deficiency Study" dated March, 1995 on
file in the office of the City Clerk;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby adopt the "North city Area 1
Sewer Deficiency Study."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this9th day
