95-057 RESOLUTION NO. 95R- 57
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92R-22 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
April 18, 1995, that Resolution No. 92R-22 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth,
effective April 21, 1995; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 92R-22 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Administrative Management;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-22 be amended by adding the following
classification:
Classification Salary Ranee
Stadium/Convention Center Financial Accounting Manager X CR14
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution
No. 92R-22 is April 21, 1995.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No.
92R-22 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 18th day of April, 1995.
