A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE
APPOINTMENT OF A DEALER IN
CONNECTION WITH ELECTRIC REVENUE
ANTICIPATION NOTES
WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting on April 27,
1983, adopted Resolution No. 83E-170, approving the form of a
Revolving Credit Agreement (Agreement) and authorizing the
execution and delivery thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement has been amended from time to
time by Resolution of the Council; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 89R-296, adopted on July 18,
1989, the City Council appointed Goldman Sachs & Co. to serve as
Dealer pursuant to the terms of the Agreement in connection with
City of Anaheim's (City) Electric Revenue Anticipation Notes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to terminate the
appointment of Goldman Sachs & Co. and to appoint a new dealer in
connection with the City's Electric Revenue Anticipation Notes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
1. The appointment of Goldman Sachs & Co. as Dealer
in connection with the City's Electric Revenue Anticipation Notes
is hereby terminated and is of no further force and effect.
2. The City Council hereby appoints Morgan Stanley &
Co. Incorporated as Dealer in connection with the City's Electric
Revenue Anticipation Notes, pursuant to the terms of the
Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of March, 1995.
