95-044 RESOLUTION NO. 95R- 44
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REVISING THE
PARKING FEES AT ANAHEIM STADIUM
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore established,
and from time to time revised the parking fees to be paid to park
at Anaheim Stadium; and
WHEREAS, said parking fees are currently Five Dollars
($5.00) for vehicles less than twenty feet in length and Fifteen
Dollars ($15.00) for vehicles twenty or more feet in length,
except as may be provided by contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to increase said fees
as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that, effective immediately, the fees for
parking on parking lots at the Anaheim Stadium for the following
described events shall be as follows:
1) General Events Vehicles less than 20' $ 5.00
Vehicles 20' or more $10.00
2) Football, Concerts
and Motorsports- Vehicles less than 20' $ 7.00
Vehicles 20' or more $15.00
except where different parking fees have been otherwise
established pursuant to written agreement between the City and
the event exhibitor or promotor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that, effective upon the date set forth in the written
approval hereinafter received by the City from the Golden West
Baseball Co., the fees for parking on parking lots at the Anaheim
Stadium for professional baseball games of the California Angels
shall be as follows:
Baseball Vehicles less than 20' - $ 6.00
Vehicles 20' or more - $15.00
except where different parking fees have been otherwise
established pursuant to written agreement between the City and
the Golden West Baseball Co.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha't this resolution shall
supersede all previous resolutions and actions of the City
Council pertaining to parking fees at Anaheim Stadium which
resolutions or actions are inconslstent with the provisions of
this resolution.
