95-029 RESOLUTION NO. 95R-29
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A
REPRESENTATIVE AND AN ALTERNATE
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE BOARD OF THE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has previously joined the
Orange County Regional Airport Authority and now desires to
appoint its representative and alternate representative to the
Board of the Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that, pursuant to the provisions of Section
5.3a of the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement of the Orange
County Regional Airport Authority, TOM TAIT
is hereby appointed as the representative of the City of Anaheim
to the Board of the Authority, and FRANK ~ELDHA~TK
is appointed as the alternate representative of the City of
Anaheim to such Board.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of
February , 1995.
