A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
ASSIGNED TO THE GENERAL UNIT REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
February 7, 1995, that a new job classification be established in the General Unit represented by
the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, effective February 10, 1995.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation of this
new job classification and assignment to the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
as follows:
1. That. effective February 10, 1995 through May 4. 1995, the basic compensation plan
for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the
future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary s
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:
Salary Step Salary
Classification Schedule Range Relationship
Maintenance Painter 1825 J - E 1.000 x Skilled Crafts Worker
2. That, effective May 5, 1995 through October 3, 1996, the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future
be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary s schedule
in the Salary Schedule Master:

Maintenance Painter 1898 J - E 1.000 x Skilled Crafts Worker
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the efl~ctive date of this Resolution is February 10,
1995.
