TICLE IX, CHAPTER 2 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO THE ES-
TABLISHMENT OF ZONES IN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
THEREIN REGULATING THE
USE .OF LAND, HEIGHT OF
BUILDINGS AND YARD SPA
CES; ADOPTING A MAP SHOW-
ING THE BOUNDARIES OF
SAID ZGN.ES; DEFINING THE
TERMS USED THEREIN; PRO-
VIDING FOR ADJUSTMENT,
AMENDMENT AND ENFORCE-
MENT; PRESCRIBING PENAL-
TIES FOR VIOLATION AND
j REPEALING ALL SECTIONS
OR PARTS OF SECTIONS IN
CONFLICT THER:E`VITH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF
CITY OF ANAHEIM DOLES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City PIanning
Commission of the City of Anaheim
did heretofore duly pass and adopt
a resolution declaring its intention
to change the boundaries of the
zone or zones hereinafter mention-
ed and described and fix a time and
place for the holding of public
hearings thereon in the manner and
as Prescribed in Article IX, Chapter
2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
and did duly hold and conduct two
Public hearings to consider such
'proposed change of zone or zones
and did receive evidence and re-
ports from persons interested thcre-
in and did recommend a change or
.changes of zones as set forth in
Resolution No. 1979, of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the
teport and recommendation of the
City Planning Commission, the City
Coun,il did iix the 10th 'day of
June, 1952, as the time, and the
Council Chambers in the City Hall
of the City of Anaheim as the place,
for a public hearing upon said pro-
posed change or changes of zone
and did give notice thereof in the
manner and as provided in said
.Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Ana-
heim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place
fix for said public hearing the
City Council did hold and conduct !
such public hearing and did give
all persons interested therein an
opportunity to be heard and did
receive evidence and reports and
did thereupon consider the recom-
mendations of the City Planning
Commission and did thereupon
adopt Resolution No. 1979 finding
and determining that a change or
changes of zone should be made as
set forth in said resolittion.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANA-
HEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS.
SECTION 1.
That Article IX, Chapter '2 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code "establish -
Ing zones in the Cit-- of Anaheim
and therein regulating the use of
land, height of buildings and yard
spaces; adopting a . map showing
the boundaries of saidzone; defin-
ing the terms pled in. 'said Article

mont a distance of 33-6.38 feet; '

428.34 feet; more or less; thence
Westerly a distance of 336.38
feet; thence Southerly A dis-
tance of 428..34 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be,!

as amended is hereby adopted and
the City Engineer is hereby direc-
ted to prepare a sectional. zonin¢

SECTION 2.
The City 'Zoning Map shall be,
and the same is hereby, amended
and the property above described
shall be excluded from the zone in
which it is now situated, and in-
corporated in and made a part of',
the zone or zones ass above set
forth, and said City Zoning Map
as amended is hereby adopted and
the City Engineer is hereby direc-
ted to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning
Map and inserted in the Anaheim
Municipal Code showing the chang-
es hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify the
Passage of this Ordinance and shall
cause the same to be printed once
within fifteen (15) days after its
adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper ,of .general circulation
Printed, published and circulated in
said city, and thirty (.30) days from
and after its final passage it shall
take effect and be in full force.

is hereby, amended by changing; the boundaries of the zones set forth
in said Article IX, Chapter 2 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or
Maps showing such change or changes as follows;
1. That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit;
The area beginning; at the Northeast corner of the

Avenue, extending Easterly along East Vermont Avenue
a distance of 36.38 feet; thence Northerly a dis-
tance of 428.3 feet; more or less; thence Westerly

tance of 428.34 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
