A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 00R-124 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
November 14, 2000, that Resolution No. 00R-124 be amended in the manner hereinafter set
forth effective November 10, 2000, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 00R-124 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Middle Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution
No. 00R-124 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 00R-124 be amended by adding the following job
classification:
Classification
Law Office Administrator
Salary Range
X CR12
classification:
Classification
Law Office Manager
That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 00R-124 be amended by deleting the following job
Salary Ranqe
X CR10
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be
November 10, 2000.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
00R-124 shall remain in full force and effect.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 14th day of November , 2000.
