A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CERTAIN OFFERS OF DEDICATION AND
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE MAP OF TRACT NO. 15704
WHEREAS, the map of Tract No. 15704 (hereinafter MAP)
was duly recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange as Document No. 19990245110 at Book 781 Pages
24-26; and,
WHEREAS, certain offers of dedication to the City of
Anaheim of land and improvements for public streets, public
utility easements and other purposes are set forth in the
Ownership Certificate of MAP; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has determined
that all of the public improvements set forth in the Ownership
Certificate of MAP have been completed to the satisfaction of the
City and has recommended that the City of Anaheim accept said
land and improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that land and improvements described in the
Ownership Certificate of MAP, not previously accepted, be, and
they are hereby accepted by the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day of Januar~
2001.
