A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 00R-128 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
POLICE SAFETY MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
January 23, 2001, that Resolution No. 00R-128 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 00R-128 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Police Safety Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution
No. 00R-128 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 00R-128 be amended as follows:
"Classifications listed in Section 1 of this Resolution shall be allocated to salary ranges
providing annual compensation according to the structure listed below:
Effective June 22, 2001:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be January
19, 2001.
AND, BE IT FURTEHR RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
00R-128 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
