ORDINANCE NO. 6208 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING <br />SECTION 18.20.170 OF CHAPTER 18.20 OF TITLE 18 OF <br />THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, NUNC PRO TUNC, TO <br />CORRECT CLERICAL ERRORS IN ORDINANCE NO. 6192 <br />PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED. <br />WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Council previously adopted its Ordinance No. 6192 <br />amending Chapter 18.20 of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, in its entirety, pertaining to the <br />Platinum Triangle Mixed Use (PTMU) Overlay Zone; and <br />WHEREAS, through inadvertence and error in the drafting of Ordinance No. 6192, <br />Section 18.20.170 included a citation to another section of said ordinance that was incorrect and <br />other minor drafting errors; and <br />WHEREAS, by the adoption of this Ordinance, the Anaheim City Council desires and <br />intends to correct said error, nunc pro tunc. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM <br />HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1 <br />That Section 18.20.170 of Chapter 18.20 of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, <br />as heretofore amended by Ordinance No. 6192, be, and the same is hereby, amended and restated, <br />nunc pro tunc, to read as follows: <br />"Multiple- Family development in the Gateway District Sub -Area B shall be subject to the <br />approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 2003 - 04763, as may be amended from time to time, as set <br />forth in Table 20 -A (Primary Uses: Platinum Triangle Mixed Use (PTMU) Overlay Zone) and shall <br />comply with all provisions of Chapter 18.20 (Platinum Triangle Mixed Use (PTMU) Overlay Zone), <br />except as set forth in Section 18.20.200 (Implementation) or as set forth below: <br />.010 The required setbacks prescribed in Section 18.20.090 (Structural Setbacks) shall be <br />applicable, except as set forth below. <br />.0101 No minimum setback area is required adjacent to the interior southerly property line <br />abutting the City boundary adjacent to the City of Orange. <br />.0102 Where an on -site driveway is provided between two (2) buildings, no minimum <br />landscaped area is required; however, building walls shall be planted with clinging vines. <br />- 1 - <br />
