ORDINANCE NO. 6220 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM <br /> AMENDING SUBSECTION .020 OF SECTION <br /> 18.42.030 OF CHAPTER 18.42 OF TITLE 18 OF <br /> THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, NUNC PRO <br /> TUNC, TO CORRECT CLERICAL ERRORS IN <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 6218 PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED. <br /> WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Council previously adopted its Ordinance No. <br /> 6218 amending, in part, subsection .020 of Section 18.42.030 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, through inadvertence and error in the drafting of Ordinance No. <br /> 6218, the revision to subsection .020 of Section 18.42.030 failed to include certain changes that <br /> had been recommended by staff and approved by the Anaheim City Planning Commission; and <br /> WHEREAS, by the adoption of this Ordinance, the Anaheim City Council desires <br /> and intends to correct said errors, nunc pro tunc. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM <br /> HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> That subsection .020 of Section 18.42.030 of Chapter 18.42 of Title 18 of the <br /> Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended and restated to read as follows: <br /> .020 Dwellings — Multiple Family. <br /> .0201 The minimum required number of off - street parking spaces for Multiple - Family <br /> Dwellings shall be based on the total number of bedrooms as follows: <br /> Total Number of Minimum Number of Parking Spaces <br /> Bedrooms per Unit <br /> Studio unit 1.25 <br /> 1 bedroom 2.0 <br /> 2 bedrooms 2.25 <br /> 3 or more bedrooms 3.0 (plus 0.5 space for each bedroom <br /> over 3 bedrooms) <br /> .0202 Guest Parking. Of the number of required parking spaces, one - quarter (0.25) <br /> space per dwelling unit shall be reserved and clearly marked for guest parking only and shall be <br /> readily accessible to motorists from contiguous streets and /or vehicle accessways. <br />
