1560ORDINANCE NO. 1560 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 95 -- SERIES 1960-61 , in Reclassification No. F-60-61-35 , recommending an amendment of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and a change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public hearing thereon in the manner and as pre- scribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change of zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings, summaries of its hearings, and did recommend a change or changes of zones as set forth in Resolution No. 95 -- SERIES 1960-61 of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 18th day of October , 19 60 , as the time, and the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of.the Anaheim Municipal C®de and change or changes of zone, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, attlie time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear- ing and did give all persons interested therein An opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and did thereupon adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) 6399a finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of zone should be made as set forth in said resolution(s); and WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) No. (s) 6399 , certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or changes of zone or zones have been complied with; -1- F-60-61-35 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of lot 6 of the Miles Rancho, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, Page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Calif., described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract 2302, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 76, pages 29 to 31, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence North 00 201 2011 West 252.00 feet along the Easterly line of said Tract 2302, to the Southwest corner of land described in a deed to C. R. Young and Sons, filed April 22, 1949, as Document No. 17859, in the Office of the Registrar of Titles of Orange County, California; thence North 89° 391 40" East 150.00 feet along the Southerly line of said land of C. R. Young and Sons, to the Westerly line of Spadra Road, as shown on said Map of Tract No. 2302; thence South 00 201 20" East 252.00 feet along said Westerly line to the center line of Romneya Drive, as shown on said map of Tract 2302; thence South 89° 391 4.011 West 150.00 feet to the point of beginning. -2- now is C -L, ,,GElVER�AL CONINIERCIAI ZONE, and that ii- be changed to and incorporated in C-3, HEAVY COMMERCIAL. ZONE,subject to the following condition: That a separate standing sign or drawings. SECTION 2. application be filed for the free - signs shown upon the plans or The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
