Street and the East line <br />of North Citron Street and the West line of North <br />Palm Street in the City cf Anaheim <br />erect, construct or locate more than one single family dwelling and <br />its accessary buildings upon any one lot or building site in the <br />above mentioned. area, nor erect, construct or locate any dwelling <br />on any lot thereon with a minimum ground floor space of less than <br />twelve hundred (1200) square feet, and in computing the area garage <br />space shall not be included. therein. <br />SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of the City of <br />-1- <br />
