SECTION I OF ORDINANCE N0. ?55 entitled
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING
CERTAIN REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE ERECTION, CON-
STRUCTION AND ALTERATION OF CERTAIN BUILDINGS,
S TRUC TURES AND MIP RO VEMENTS AND TO C ] .TA I N USES
OF LAND, PENDING THE ADOPTION BY THE CITY COUNw
CIL OF SAID CITY OF A NEW, PRECISE AND COMPRE-
HENSIVE ZONING PLAN FOR SAID CITY, AND PRESCRIB-
ING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE
PROVISIONS HEREOF, AND DECLARING THIS ORDINANCE
AN URGENCY MEASURE TO TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY" .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
SECTION .1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 755
entitled "A1, ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING CERTAIN
REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE ERECTION, CONSTRUCTION AND ALTERATION OF
CERTAIN BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND IMPROVEMENTS AND TO CERTAIN USES
OF LAND, PENDING THE ADOPTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAID CITY OF
A NEW, PRECISE AND COMPREHENSIVE ZONING PLAN FOR SAID CITY, AND
PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE PROVISIONS
HER AND DECLARING THIS ORDINANCE AN URGENCY MEASURE TO TAKE
EFFECT IMYXDIATELY" be and. the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Sec. 1 No person, firm, corporation or association shall

ereafter within the following described area:
Between the South line of West North Street and the
North line of 'West Wilhelmina. Street and the East line
of North Citron Street and the West line of North
Palm Street in the City cf Anaheim
erect, construct or locate more than one single family dwelling and
its accessary buildings upon any one lot or building site in the
above mentioned. area, nor erect, construct or locate any dwelling
on any lot thereon with a minimum ground floor space of less than
twelve hundred (1200) square feet, and in computing the area garage
space shall not be included. therein.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of the City of
