ORDINANCE NO. 4094 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- <br />ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE <br />RELATING TO ZONING. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. <br />67R-310 determining that a change or changes in the <br />zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made <br />as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt <br />of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission= <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions <br />and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang- <br />ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have <br />been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating <br />to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the <br />boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting <br />a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as <br />follows: <br />That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to <br />wit: <br />THE WEST 100 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE <br />NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE <br />N09THWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 22, IN TOWNSHIP 4 <br />SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, IN THE RANCHO SAN JUAN CAJON <br />DE SANTA ANA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP THEREOF RECORDED <br />IN BOOK 51, PAGE 7, AND FOLLOWING, MISCELLANEOUS <br />MAPS, RECORDS OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY, <br />now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE .and that it be <br />changed to and incorporated in "C-R" COMMERCIAL -RECREATION ZONE, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, <br />such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, <br />drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work, shall be complied <br />with as•required by the City Engineer and in accordance with stand- <br />ard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City <br />Engineer, at the time the property is developed. <br />-1- 66-67-61(95) <br />ATTY-50 <br />
