ORDINANCE NO. 5700 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING <br />THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE <br />ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING <br />(RECLASSIFICATION NO. 71-72-4). <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore held a duly <br />noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its <br />Resolution No. 71R-367 determining that a change or changes in <br />the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be <br />made; and <br />WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made <br />as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of <br />said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 71R-367 provided that the <br />subject property be incorporated into the City of Anaheim C-1, <br />General Commercial Zone, a zone which was replaced by the "CL" <br />(Commercial, Limited) zone in the City; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 18.02.031 of the Zoning <br />Code, such property is deemed incorporated into and classified as <br />property within the "CL" Zone of the City, as if said property <br />had been expressly reclassified into the successor zone. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />That the Zoning map referred to in Title 18 of the <br />Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by <br />rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the <br />City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described <br />as follows, to wit: <br />Parcel 3: The east 100 feet of the west 279.02 feet of <br />the north 236.02 feet of the northeast one-quarter of <br />the northeast one-quarter of Section 18, Township 4 <br />South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M. EXCEPTING THEREFROM <br />the northerly 66 feet lying within Lincoln Avenue. <br />into the "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE of the City of Anaheim. <br />
