ORDINANCE NO. 5719 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING <br />THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE <br />ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING <br />(RECLASSIFICATION NO. 99-00-08). <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public <br />hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its Resolution No. <br />99R-242 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones <br />hereinafter mentioned and described should be made, <br />unconditionally. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the <br />Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by <br />rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the <br />City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described <br />as follows, to wit: <br />THE NORTH HALF OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER <br />OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, <br />RANGE 11 WEST, RANCHO LOS COYOTES, IN THE CITY OF <br />ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, OF <br />MISCELLANEOUS MAPS FILED IN BOOK 51, PAGE 11 OF PARCEL <br />MAPS. <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE FOLLOWING: <br />THAT PORTION OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST <br />QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 11, <br />TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 11 WEST, SAN BERNARDINO <br />MERIDIAN, INCLUDED WITHIN A STRIP OF LAND 110 <br />FEET WIDE LYING 44 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE <br />FOLLOWING DESCRIBED CENTERLINE: <br />BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID <br />SECTION 11 (THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 13 OF SAID <br />TOWNSHIP AND RANGE BEARS SOUTH 00 09' 50" EAST, <br />FROM SAID SOUTHEAST CORNER; THENCE ALONG THE <br />EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION 11, (SAID EAST LINE <br />BEING ALSO THE CENTERLINE OF STANTON AVENUE, 60 <br />FEET WIDE, AS DECLARED BY ACTION OF BOARD OF <br />SUPERVISORS OF SAID COUNTY), NORTH 0° 11' 10" <br />WEST, A DISTANCE OF 612.23 FEET; THENCE <br />
