2775ORDINANCE NO. 2775 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A4AHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 67R-310 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 10 West in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 21, said corner being the point of intersection of the centerline of Ball Road with the centerline of West Street as shown on that certain Map filed in Book 10, page 44 of Parcel Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County; thence South 0" 15' 58" East along said centerline of West Street, a distance of 203.00 feet; thence South 890 30' 42" West parallel with said centerline of Ball Road a distance of 195.00 feet; thence North 00 15' 58" West parallel with said centerline of West Street a distance of 203.00 feet to a point in said centerline of Ball Road; thence North 890 30' 42" East along said centerline of Ball Road a distance of 195.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. -1 66-67-61(39) now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-R, COlvENIERCIAL-RECREATION ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work, shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer, and in accord- ance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the Citv of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time theproperty is developed. 3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front foot for tree planting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord- ance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final building inspection. 5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view and shall be in architectural con- formance with the structure. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Itiiap as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The Citv Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
