REGULAR MEETING OF
DECEMBER 14, 2010
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session and was called to order
at 5:15 P.M. in the Chambers of Anaheim City Hall located at 200 South Anaheim
Boulevard for a joint public comment session with Anaheim City Council and Anaheim
Housing Authority.
Present: Chairman Tom Tait and Agency Members: Gail Eastman, Lord Galloway,
Kris Murray and Harry Sidhu.
Staff Present: City Manager Tom `Hood, City Attorney Cristina Talley and Secretary
Linda Andal.
A copy of the agenda was posted on December 10, 2010 on the kiosk outside City
Hall.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during the joint public comment session
related to the Redevelopment Agency agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 5:57 P.M., Agency Member Sidhu moved to approve the
consent calendar as presented, seconded by Agency Member Galloway. Roll Call
Vote: Ayes — 5: Chairman Tait and Agency Members: Eastman, Galloway, Murray and
Sidhu. Noes — 0. Motion Carried
1. Approve and authorize the Agency Executive Director to execute Amendment
No. 2 to the Disposition and Development Agreement with Brookfield Olive
Street II LLC to allow for reimbursement for property services that were
AGR.5249.L2 performed prior to June 22, 2010 for Colony Park Phase Ill, Parcels J & K.
2. Approve and authorize the Agency Executive Director to execute and
administer the Professional Service Agreement with Danielian Associates, Inc.,
AGR 5674.A in an amount not to exceed $150,000, to provide continued design review
services on existing and future projects.
3. RESOLUTION NO. ARA 2010 -011 A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING
R100 BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY establishing the
days for regular meetings of the Agency for the 2011 calendar year.
4. Approve minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meetings of November 9, 2010
and November 16, 2010.

ADJOURNMENT: At 5:58 P.M., with no other business to conduct, Chairman Tait
adjourned the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meeting of December 14, 2010.
