REGULAR MEETING OF
DECEMBER 74, 2010
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session in the Chambers of Anaheim City Hall
located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
Present: Chairman Tom Tait and Housing Authority Members: Gail Eastman, Lorri Galloway,
Kris Murray and Harry Sidhu.
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Secretary Linda
Andal
A copy of the agenda was posted on December 10, 2010 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
At 5:15 P.M., Chairman Tait called the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order for
a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council and the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during oral communications related to the
Housing Authority agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 5:58 P.M., Authority Member Sidhu moved to approve the
Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Authority Member Galloway Roll call vote:
Ayes — 5: Chairman Tait and Authority Members: Eastman, Galloway, Murray and Sidhu.
Noes — 0. Motion Carried.
5. RESOLUTION NO. AHA 2010 -005 A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING
R) 00 BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY establishing the days for regular
meetings of the Authority for the 2011 calendar year.
6. Approve minutes of the Housing Authority meetings of November 9, 2010 and
November 16, 2010.
ADJOURNMENT:
With no other business to conduct, Chairman Tait adjourned the Housing Authority meeting
of December 14, 2010 at 5:59 P.M.
