REGULAR MEETING OF
JANUARY 25, 2011
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session in the Chambers of Anaheim
City Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
Present: Chairman Tom Tait and Housing Authority Members: Gail Eastman, Lorri
Galloway, Kris Murray and Harry Sidhu.
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Secretary
Linda Andal
A copy of the agenda was posted on January 21, 2011 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
At 5:15 P.M., Chairman Tait called the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council and the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during the joint oral communications
related to the Housing Authority agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 6:02 P.M., Authority Member Eastman moved to approve
the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Authority Member Sidhu. Roll call
vote: Ayes — 5: Chairman Tait and Authority Members: Eastman, Galloway, Murray
and Sidhu. Noes — 0. Motion Carried.
10. Approve and authorize the Authority Executive Director to execute and
administer a Cooperation Agreement with the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
AGR -6652 for funding of the Downpayment Assistance Program (related to Agency Item
No. 05).
11. Approve and authorize the Authority Executive Director to execute and
administer a Cooperation Agreement with the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
AGR - 6284.11 for additional funding for property acquisitions and improvements within
Avon /Dakota Neighborhood (related to Agency Item No. 06).
12. Approve and authorize the Authority Executive Director to execute and
administer a Cooperation Agreement with the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
AGR -6653 for funding of at -risk housing development projects (related to Agency Item No.
07).
13. Approve minutes of the Housing Authority meeting of December 14, 2010.
