A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE
ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY
ESTABLISHING THE DAYS AND TIME FOR REGULAR
MEETINGS OF THE AUTHORITY FOR THE REMAINDER OF
THE 2011 CALENDAR YEAR.
WHEREAS, 2.04 of Article II of the Joint Powers Agreement of the Anaheim Public
Financing Authority ( "Authority ") authorizes the Governing body of the Authority, by
resolution, to establish the days for regular meetings of the Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Authority, by prior Resolution No. APFA 92 -1,
has heretofore established the regular meetings of the Authority to be held annually on the
second Tuesday of July; and
WHEREAS, Resolution NO. APFA 92 -1 has been repealed in its entirety and replaced by
a new resolution of the Authority Board, which resolution authorizes the Board to set the regular
meeting days by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Authority, by this resolution, desires to establish
the days for the regular meetings of the Authority for the remainder of the 2011 calendar year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Board of the Anaheim
Public Financing Authority that regular meetings of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority for
the remaining calendar year of 2011 shall be held, in the Council Chambers of the City of
Anaheim (or any other place established by members of the Anaheim Public Financing
Authority) on the days set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, notwithstanding any other provision of this
resolution, any regular meeting of the Authority may be canceled or rescheduled to a different
time or date by motion duly adopted by the affirmative votes of at least three members of the
Governing Board of the Authority or by any other manner as provided by law. The time and
date of any meeting rescheduled to a different time or date shall be noticed and posted in the
manner provided by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall supersede and render null and
void the provisions of any other prior resolutions to the extent such provisions are inconsistent
with the provisions hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Anaheim Financing
Authority this 8 day of March, 2011, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Chairman Tait, Authority Members Sidhu, Eastman, Galloway, Murray
