REGULAR MEETING OF
APRIL 26, 2011
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session in the Chambers of
Anaheim City Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard and was called to order by
Chairman Tait at 5:31 P.M. for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City
Council.
Present: Chairman Tom Tait and Agency Members: Gail Eastman, Lord Galloway,
Kris Murray and Harry Sidhu.
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Secretary
Linda Andal
A copy of the agenda was posted on April 22, 2011 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: Staff requested Public Hearing Item
No. 3 be continued to May 3, 2011.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Colleen McVane remarked the Anaheim Shelter had been operating transitional
housing for last 23 years by partnering with the City to insure families had a safe place
to live. She asked Council to support a request for funding to rehabilitate the shelter
and make sure housing was available to those in need for years to come.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 5:47 P.M., Agency Member Sidhu moved to approve the
consent calendar as presented, seconded by Agency Member Murray. Roll Call Vote:
Ayes — 5: (Chairman Tait and Agency Members: Eastman, Galloway, Murray and
Sidhu). Noes — 0. Motion Carried.
1. Approve and authorize the Agency Executive Director to execute and
AGR -6721 administer a Rehabilitation Loan Agreement, in substantial form, with Anaheim
Interfaith Shelter, Inc., for the rehabilitation of its ten -unit transitional housing
facility located at 626 North Pauline Street.
2. Approve minutes of Redevelopment Agency meetings of March 22, 2011 and
April 12, 2011.
JOINT REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY /CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING:
3. A joint public hearing between the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and the
ARA161 City to consider a Commercial Lease Agreement by and between the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency and Anaheim Arena Management, LLC, regarding
certain real property located at 290 S. Anaheim Blvd.
As requested by staff, this public hearing was continued to May 3, 2011.

ADJOURNMENT: At 5:48 P.M., with no other business to conduct, Chairman Tait
adjourned the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meeting of May 3, 2011.
