REGULAR MEETING OF
JULY 19, 2011
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session in the Chambers of Anaheim City
Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard and was called to order at on July 19 at
5:22 P.M. for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council.
Present: Chairman Tom Tait and Housing Authority Members: Gail Eastman, Lord
Galloway, Kris Murray and Harry Sidhu.
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Secretary
Linda Andal
A copy of the agenda was posted on July 15, 2011 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during the joint oral communications
related to the Housing Authority agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 6:58 P.M., Authority Member Sidhu moved to approve the
consent calendar as presented, seconded by Authority Member Murray. Roll call vote:
Ayes — 5: (Chairman Tait and Authority Members: Eastman, Galloway, Murray and
Sidhu). Noes — 0. Motion Carried.
1. Approve and authorize the Authority Executive Director to execute and
administer a Cooperation Agreement with the City for the transfer of HOME
AGR -6824 Funds and a HOME Investment Partnership Affordable Housing Agreement, in
AGR - 6824.1 substantial form, with Community Housing Resources to assist in the acquisition
of residential sites located at 933 -939 S. Park Circle to provide permanent
housing for families with developmental disabilities (related to Council Item No.
11).
2. Approve and authorize the Authority Executive Director to execute and
AGR - 3886.11.3 administer Amendment No. 3 to Affordable Housing Agreement, in substantial
form, with UHC 00190 Anaheim, L.P., for The Crossings at Cherry Orchard
affordable housing project.
3. Approve and authorize the Authority Executive Director to execute the First
Amendment to Agreement and annual software maintenance renewals, as
needed, with Emphasys Computer Solutions, in the amount of $58,800, for the
AGR- 4644.1 purchase and implementation of a proprietary document imaging software
module for the Housing Authority's Emphasys Elite information management
system.

With no other business to conduct, Chairman Tait adjourned the Housing Authority
