REGULAR MEETING OF
SEPTEMBER 27, 2011
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session in the Chambers of Anaheim City
Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard. The meeting was called to order by Chairman
Tait at 5:45 P.M. for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council and the
Anaheim Housing Authority.
Present: Chairman Tom Tait and Agency Members: Gail Eastman, Lord Galloway, Kris Murray
and Harry Sidhu.
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Secretary Linda
Andal
A copy of the agenda was posted on September 23, 2011 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during the joint public comment session related
to the Agency agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 7:10 P.M., Agency Member Murray moved to approve the consent
calendar as presented, seconded by Agency Member Galloway. Roll Call Vote: Ayes — 5:
(Chairman Tait and Agency Members: Eastman, Galloway, Murray and Sidhu.) Noes — 0.
Motion Carried.
1. RESOLUTION NO. ARA 2011 -012 RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD
OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY approving the Agreement to Transfer
R100 Tax Increment by and between the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and the City of
Anaheim for transfer to the County of Orange as required by AB 27 and making certain
findings in connection therewith (related to Council Item No. 20).
2. RESOLUTION NO. ARA 2011 -013 RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD
OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY conforming the procedures governing
the presentation, consideration and enforcement of claims against the Anaheim
R100 Redevelopment Agency with those of the City of Anaheim and delegating authority to
compromise certain claims and settle certain litigation concerning claims against the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to the City Manager, the Risk Manager and the City
Attorney.
3. Approve minutes of Redevelopment Agency meeting of August 23, 2011
ADJOURNMENT: At 7:11 P.M., with no other business to conduct, Chairman Tait adjourned
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meeting of September 27, 2011.
