REGULAR MEETING OF
NOVEMBER 15, 2011
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session on November 15, 2011 in the
Chambers of Anaheim City Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard. The meeting
was called to order by Chairman Tait at 5:30 P.M. for a joint public comment session
with the Anaheim City Council.
Present: Chairman Tom Tait and Housing Authority Members: Gail Eastman, Kris
Murray and Harry Sidhu. Council Member Galloway was absent.
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Secretary
Linda Andal
A copy of the agenda was posted on November 11, 2011 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during joint oral communications related
to the Housing Authority agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 5:54 P.M., Authority Member Sidhu moved to approve the
consent calendar as presented, seconded by Authority Member Eastman. Roll Call
Vote: Ayes — 5: (Chairman Tait and Authority Members: Eastman, Galloway, Murray
and Sidhu.) Noes — 0. Motion Carried.
1. RESOLUTION NO. AHA 2011 -003 A RESOLUTION OF THE
GOVERNING BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY (1)
R100 authorizing the submittal of an application to the California State Department of
Housing and Community Development for funding under the CalHome Program,
(2) if selected for such funding, authorizing the execution of a standard
agreement, any amendments thereto and any related documents necessary to
participate in the CalHome Program, and (3) if selected for such funding,
amending the budget for fiscal year 2011 -12 accordingly.
2. RESOLUTION NO. AHA 2011 -004 A RESOLUTION OF THE
R100 ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY regarding its intention to issue tax - exempt
obligations for Miracle Terrace.
3. RESOLUTION NO. AHA 2011 -005 A RESOLUTION OF THE
8100 ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY regarding its intention to issue tax - exempt
obligations for The Crossings at Cherry Orchard.
4. Approve minutes of Housing Authority meeting of October 25, 2011.

meeting of November 15, 2011 at 5:55 P.M.
