Chairman Tait opened the public hearing. William Fitzgerald objected to the $8.6 million total project cost stating the cost of refurbishment was way out of line and could be accomplished at a much lower cost per unit. With no other comments offered, Chairman Tait closed the public hearing. Housing Authority Member Galloway moved to approve Item No. 1, seconded by Authority Member Eastman, who added there was no impact to Anaheim's General Fund as housing set -aside monies were used for this project. Roll Call Vote: Ayes — 5 (Chairman Tait and Authority Members: Eastman, Galloway, Murray and Sidhu.). Noes — 0. Motion Carried.
