A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING
AUTHORITY APPOINTING THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
FINANCE DIRECTOR, OR HIS OR HER DESIGNEE, AS THE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC
FINANCING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Public Financing Authority (the "Authority ")
has been established pursuant to Chapter 5 of Division 7 of Title 1 of the Government
Code of the State of California (the "Act "), by the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement
(the "Agreement "), dated as of January 28, 1993, between the City of Anaheim,
California (the "City ") and the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to, among other things,
assist in providing financing for the City for the purposes of which are authorized under
the Act; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement, the Authority has all of the
powers provided in the Act; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. APFA- 2011 -004, Bob
Wingenroth was appointed as Executive Director of the Authority; and
WHEREAS, since adoption of Resolution APFA- 2011 -004, Bob
Wingenroth has been appointed as City Manager for the City of Anaheim and it is now
necessary and desirable to appoint the City Finance Director, or his or her designee, as
the Executive Director of the Authority and such Executive Director shall serve at the
pleasure of this Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
the Anaheim Public Finance Authority that Section 9 of Resolution APFA - 2011 -0004,
which appointed Bob Wingenroth Executive Director of the Authority, is hereby
rescinded, and all remaining provisions of Resolution APFA- 2011 -0004 shall remain in
full force and effect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of
Directors of the Anaheim Public Finance Authority does hereby appoint the City of
Anaheim Finance Director, or his or her designee, as the Executive Director of the
Anaheim Public Finance Authority
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was approved and adopted by the Anaheim
Public Financing Authority at a regular meeting of said Authority held on this 23x3 day
of October , 2012, by the following vote:
AYES: Chairman Tait, Authority Members Sidhu, Galloway, Eastman, Murray
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
